Kathryn is great! She helped us navigate a bizarre housing market at the end of 2022. We had a contingent offer in and the house we were selling in another state had all sorts of issues arise that pushed back closing multiple times. Kathryn held the deal together for us and we are happily back in Texas now, thank you!

I was looking to move to Waco from the Houston area and didn’t know where to begin. I contacted Kathryn and from the moment we first talked, she was so very helpful, honest, and kind. She made notes on my wants and needs and gathered properties for me to see. I work in healthcare and lived four hours away, so meeting to view properties in person was not a realistic option. Kathryn walked me though the entire process and found an amazing home for me and my family. I am blessed to have had Kathryn as my realtor! I would definitely recommend Kathryn and would use her again.

Kathryn made our buying experience easy and pleasurable. She knows the market so well. After getting to know my husband and me she was able to help us find a great home. I was all over the map trying to explain what we wanted. But somehow Kathryn could help my clarity my thoughts and said I think I know what you want....she set up a showing and she was right...it was the home for us. Several times I had said to her, "I think this may be the one." Instead of rushing us to go forward, she said that she felt like we should be patient and wait because she felt something better would would pop up. She was right. If there was a 10 star rating, I would give her an 11!

We are new to the area and we’re looking to buy a home. Kathryn was amazing! Any house that popped up and sparked our interest she was sure to book a showing for us ASAP! Being new to Texas she was a huge help navigating the market, answering questions and teaching us along the way. She is a fantastic realtor and we would recommend her 1,000 times over! It’s because of her that we purchased our home!!! We are so thankful for her knowledge and help! We give 5 stars and would give 6 if we could!

Our experience with Kathryn was wonderful! She was quick to respond to ALL of my questions and ensured we had the information we needed to sell our home quickly and get the most from the sale. I can't imagine a better realtor than Kathryn Townson. She found us the perfect home (which we thought was impossible) and she helped us sell our home for top dollar. Kathryn has an easy-going, no pressure style, and when we explained to her that we had been looking for three years and it might not be likely we would find something, she assured us that she would help however she could, even if it meant finding land for us to build on down the road. As it turned out, she found us our dream home in less than 6 months. She always listened to what we thought and acted based on what we wanted. Kathryn also acts ethically in every way a realtor can, and this, too, set her apart. She is one of the most competent people I have ever met, and she became a dear friend in the process. Kathryn was very helpful on offering advice with what we should fix on our home in order to get it ready to sell. Her recommendation on how to price it was spot on. It was under contract before even being officially listed. We appreciated her time and dedication to us and the process, and our many questions from being first time sellers.

Kathryn was a wonderful agent! Our house went under contract in two days for our full asking price. She was a great communicator throughout the whole process and was very diligent in helping us get the house ready for closing. Prior to closing the buyer ran into some issues with their financing and had to delay closing by a week. Kathryn went to bat for us and made sure that we were compensated for the delay. She was excellent and has our highest recommendation!
